Returns & Exchanges

At GolfBags.com we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us under the following conditions.

Defective Products

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-800-536-0726.

We will make all necessary arrangements to quickly get a replacement item to you and arrange for the defective item to be returned to us free of charge.

Mis-Shipments

If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact customer service at 1-800-536-0726.

We will make all necessary arrangements to get the correct item to you and arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us free of charge.

New and Unused Products

All new and unused products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

All bags must have all of the tags intact and not removed or altered.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs but we can provide you with a $14.99 flat-rate shipping option and a return label. Any electric/battery powered golf cart has a $75 return fee.

Used Products

Most used products are eligible for return or exchange for partial credit if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Once the product is used, we will issue a store credit that can be applied toward any future purchase. The amount of the store credit will be a percentage of the original purchase price based upon the condition of the product that was returned.

Lightly Used Bags and Carts may only qualify for a credit up to 50% of their purchase price.

How to Return Merchandise

1) Call us at: 1-800-536-0726
2) We’ll email you a Return Label
3) Box up your item in its original shipping carton and include your original Packing Slip (or include something with your printed name, address, Golfclubs.com order number, and the reason for the return or exchange)
4) Print your Return Label and stick it outside the box
5) Take the box to UPS and send it our way!

Also note: depending upon processing time it may take up to 5 business days from the date the product was received at Golfclubs.com for the credit to be reflected on your account.

Warranty Claims After 30 Days

We are a fully-authorized dealer for every product we sell. As such, warranty claims after 30 days of ownership are typically the responsibility of the original product manufacturer. We will gladly direct you to the appropriate contact at the manufacturer for warranty support for all of our products.

Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products or may be found on their respective websites.
