Our Shipping Policy
We strive to offer same-day shipping to as many customers as possible each day. All orders received before noon Pacific Time (3PM Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will normally be shipped on the day that the order was received.
Orders placed with a ship-to address that does not match the billing address of the credit card are subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped. This procedure has been put in place to protect the credit card holder. If we need to contact you about your order and we are not able to reach you via email or phone in a timely manner, your order may be delayed.
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. Please make sure to check the product description for your estimated shipping and delivery dates. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that it takes UPS up to 24 hours for these tracking numbers to be activated.
We also proudly ship to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers! These packages will ship within 24 hours as stated above and will be shipped via USPS.
For items that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer, please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. All drop-ship items are indicated as such on their respective product pages.
If an item in your order qualifies for a free upgraded shipping method (i.e. ‘Free 2-Day Delivery’), only the qualifying item will ship with the upgraded method and all remaining items in the order will ship via standard ground shipping. If you wish for the entire order to ship with an upgraded shipping method you may call 1-800-536-0726 to speak with a customer service representative for assistance.
UPS does not deliver on weekends unless you have requested and upgraded to a Saturday delivery. To check rates or to upgrade your shipping method please call 1-800-536-0726 for additional information.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders
Alaska, Hawaii, and Countries outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states are excluded from receiving free shipping due to transit rates. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. GolfBags.com orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL International orders. Before we process any INTERNATIONAL ORDERS the customer must pass our verification process. Our website checks the stock status of every item in real-time so items shown as ‘in-stock’ on GolfBags.com will be available for immediate shipment. However, when an item is not available in-stock, it will be clearly stated on the product purchase page notifying you that it will ship directly from the manufacturer. This will occur prior to adding the item to your shopping cart. If an item is shipping from the manufacturer, the estimated delivery date can be viewed within the shopping cart after entering the postal code for the location to where the product will be shipped.
Exceptions and Exclusions
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and GolfBags.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GolfBags.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
